Certification
The external review and the seal are purchased separately, once the company meets the standard's 15 criteria. Renewed every 12 months.
- Includes 12 months of Certified mode: if the company does not want to keep its subscription, Transita stays read-only, with the evidence stored and the seal verifiable. To edit or renew the seal, a plan is reactivated.
- Includes the review, the seal and its code, the public verification page and the website badge.
- If the review leaves comments, it can be requested again at no cost within 90 days.

What counts as a person?
Each active person loaded into Transita. People who left don't count, and app users don't add up: you can have as many as you need.
What if we go over the plan's limit?
Transita warns you and blocks nothing. The company has 30 days to move to the next plan; the change is prorated for the rest of the period.
What is an AI generation?
Each time the AI is asked to propose a role's tasks, with their hours and exposure. ISCO-08 catalog suggestions are unlimited on every plan, and the AI allowance renews on the 1st of each month.
How do we pay?
By card or PayPal, in dollars. Payments are processed by an authorized reseller, which issues the invoice and calculates the taxes that apply in the company's country.
Can we cancel?
Yes, whenever you want, from the account. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period and the data can be exported before leaving.
