Terms of use
Last updated: October 10, 2026 · Privacy
These terms govern the use of Transita, software to plan and track people's job transition when a company adopts artificial intelligence or automation. It is provided by Transita. By registering a company, or by signing in with an account, you accept these terms.
1. The service
Transita lets you load a company's structure (areas, roles and people identified by employee ID), estimate how much each role changes with technology, build a transition plan for each affected person, consult them, sign the plan and track its results.
Transita is a support tool. It makes no decisions about people: every task is validated by someone at the company, every plan is consulted and approved with two human signatures. It does not replace legal advice or calculate severance.
2. Accounts and access
The registering company appoints its administrators, who invite the other users and assign them a role. Each user is responsible for keeping access to their email or Google or Microsoft account, which is the key to sign in.
The company can deactivate users at any time. Transita may suspend an account if its use endangers the security of the service or other companies' data.
3. The company's data
The data the company loads belongs to it. The company declares that it has a legal basis to process it (for example, the employment relationship) and that it has informed its workers as required by the laws that apply to it.
Transita processes that data only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy. Administrators can export all their company's data and delete it from “Settings” at any time.
People's names and emails are optional. If the company adds them, only HR, the administration, each person's area lead and the person themselves can see them; the email creates a user so the person can answer their plan. Transita does not ask for ID numbers or sensitive data. We recommend not writing them in free-text fields (consultation notes, reasons).
4. Automatic suggestions
Tasks proposed by the ISCO-08 catalog or by artificial intelligence are only proposals: they are not used until someone at the company reviews and validates them. The company is responsible for the decisions it makes with Transita's information.
5. Acceptable use
Transita may not be used to monitor or assess individual performance, to discriminate, or for unlawful purposes. Nor may anyone try to access other companies' data, disrupt the service or use it in an automated way without authorization.
6. Availability and changes
Transita is at an early stage (MVP). We do our best to keep it running without interruptions, but we do not guarantee a service level. Features may change; if a change significantly affects how data is used, we will give notice first.
These terms may be updated. The current version, with its date, is always on this page.
7. Price
Plans and prices are published on the Pricing page. The 15-day trial is free. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (month or year) until the company cancels them, and price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance.
Certification includes 12 months of Certified mode: if the company chooses it, Transita stays read-only, with no subscription, keeping the data, the downloadable evidence and the verifiable seal. Editing data or renewing the seal requires reactivating a plan.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and merchant of record, which issues the invoice, calculates the applicable taxes and handles refunds under the Refund policy. By paying you also accept its purchase terms.
If a subscription is not paid, access may be suspended until it is settled; data is not deleted for that reason.
8. Intellectual property
The software, its design and its texts belong to Transita. The ISCO-08 classification belongs to the International Labour Organization; occupation descriptions come from ESCO, © European Union, used under its reuse conditions.
9. Liability
Transita is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Transita is not liable for decisions the company makes based on the system's information, nor for indirect damages. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Leaving
The company can stop using Transita whenever it wants: administrators export the data and delete the company from “Settings”. Deletion erases all its data from the service's database.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to the data protection and labor rules that apply to the company and its workers in their country.
